We offer a 30-day FULL refund for any purchase you make. The only stipulation is that the hat is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. We ask that you contact us before returning first. Sometimes people will perceive their hat as the wrong size, without understanding how we can adjust the sizing very easily. Exceptionally rarely, customers worry that a hat is not the same as the website. Honestly, they will never be exactly the same, because every single hat is different. All our hats are handwoven, and each weaver has a different idea of how weave should look. Sometimes it will be amazingly better than the website. It just depends on how you look at it. Our policy is to ship the best hat that we have on hand, to satisfy an order. But if you wish to return it, we are happy to do so.
