How to install hat spacers and shrink your Panama

When I ship a Panama across the Earth, I typically ship a slightly larger hat to allow for shrinkage. Included with your hat is a little packet of foam hat spacers. You need to install these spacers to get your fit just right.

This video runs through the process of installing those spacers, to get a perfect fit. It is worth the effort, and you will not notice the pads as they are very thin.

When your hat feels a little tight you simply pull a pad out, then all is well again. It is simple, easy and it works beautifully.
