I'm sold on a smart new Panama.

Thanks Oska, for a website that offers interesting background to the story of Panamas ('Ecuadors'?), advice on care of a fine hat, and personal attention to customers' interests. Your website is most informative. My New Yorker arrived (a bit late due to the Queensland cyclone) and now sits in my vestibule on its own hanger, when I'm not out and about wearing it. Simply beautiful!

The New Yorker arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and with no deformation. As recommended I installed the spacers to get a perfect fit. If you’re into Panama Hats the New York is a must.

It's perfect.

Dear Oska,
My beautiful hat arrived this morning. I’m wearing it now.
It was tracked to Heathrow yesterday afternoon Friday and was delivered to my house at 09.15 local time today Saturday, it’s amazing to think It came 10k odd miles in less than a week from your Emporium. It's perfect, I have fitted the foam behind the headband and it's a lovely fit, your choice of feather top notch.
Out to dinner this evening to say goodbye to our friends who we will be visiting in Sydney Feb 25.I wish they were going to be staying in Melbourne. It would have been a giggle to walk into the Emporium with this on.
Thank you again for all your help and patience with me. A truly great online experience.

Do yourself a favour!

The New Yorker is a gorgeous and fantastic hat, don't hesitate! It makes you feel fabulous but its not too posh. It cools your head down, is very confortable to wear, the straw absorbs the sweat. Perfect!
The great interaction with Oksa helped the decission, shipping (around the world) was no problem, the hat arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy!
